PGA TOUR Championship Golf

JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa is a golf-lover's paradise with two championship courses at TPC San Antonio. The Oaks course, host of the PGA TOUR’s Valero Texas Open, has a natural aesthetic with oak trees and native greenery accentuating the landscape. Its traditional design presents multiple strategic routes from tee to green. The Canyons course offers more dramatic elevation changes and is woven within the unique topography of the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Both courses offer a fun and memorable challenge for novice and avid golfers alike. For those looking to improve their swing, this golf resort offers individual instruction and technology-enhanced instruction at the resort's onsite Learning Center. TPC San Antonio is a private facility and only accessible to club members and guests of the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.

The Oaks

A tournament-style course designed to test the best players in the world, The Oaks course presents a memorable, fair challenge to golfers of all ability levels. The host course of the PGA TOUR’s Valero Texas Open reflects the TOUR’s departure from the modern style course (expansive grass areas and spectator mounding) to a more natural look and feel, without sacrificing the fan experience, making it very tournament friendly. Eighteen holes, 7435 yards, Par 72. Caddie services available upon request.

San Antonio Golf

The Canyons

Due to the differing topography, The Canyons course offers more dramatic elevation changes with corridors providing panoramic views of the protected, adjacent nature preserve. The Canyons course is as scenic as it is player-friendly offering wide fairways, noble trees, and vista views of the surrounding Cibolo Canyons. Eighteen holes, 7106 yards, Par 72. Caddie services available upon request.
