For appointments you can contact our AWAY Spa reservations team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend booking in advance. All AWAY ® Spa treatments will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.

Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete an AWAY Spa consultation form and Health Questionnaire. We recommend you arrive up to 1 hour in advance of your treatment to change and relax into your experience. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. AWAY Spa will provide fluffy and cosy (description by our guests) towels, robes, slippers and any amenities required for use during your spa visit.

Our FIT fitness space is equipped with Technogym cardiovascular and strength machines as well as free weights. Personal trainers are on hand by appointment to help you meet specific goals or assistance with questions you might have on your fuel-changing fitness routine.

WET DECK – rooftop: length 21.80m, width 3.13m, depth 1.10m

WET – Away Spa: length 11.50m, width 3.13m, depth 1.10m

Fire Bath – Away Spa: length 2.19m, width 1.14m, depth 80cm

Ice bath – Away Spa: diameter 1.13m, depth 1m

Whirlpool – Away Spa: 3.80m width, 1.40m depth 

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at AWAY Spa welcome desk. Items will be stored for 4 months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charity partners. Liquids, undergarments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only. AWAY Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises. Please contact our team directly via our contact page to let them know about a lost item so that they can help.

If you are a guest staying in the hotel, the duration of the access to the AWAY Spa & WET area is a maximum of 2 hours and we ask that you reserve this prior to your visit to the AWAY Spa.

Access to AWAY® Spa, including the changing facilities, WET area and FIT® are restricted to guests over the age of 16. 

KIDS hours: every day between 9and 11AM, accompanied by an adult.  

A 100% fee will be charged for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will also shorten your treatment time. 

Our AWAY® Spa environment is one of relaxation and escape. We ask that all guests please respect other guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, AWAY® Spa is a phone, camera and smoke-free zone.

Unfortunately our Spa is not wheelchair accessible. This is also something we’re not happy about and working to change as soon as possible.
