Not autograph collection
In short way as an experienced traveler for autograph collection net I can say that this hotel doesn’t have typical features or the net. Not stylish, not mix of modern and classical. Christmas decoration was tasteless.
Very good staff. Very small gym for so big hotel. Part of rooms with poor view. I think for loyalty members it’s better preferably to give good view suits.

Perfectly placed near the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the colosseum. Friendly staff, great room.

Disappointing
Disappointing.
And oversold.
For example, the website still shows 4 pictures of the roof top bar — it was closed.
The Tazio bar we sat in is called Champagerie on the website.
Never discovered the Lobby Bar that is pictured.
First given a room with a window looking onto a stone wall, hundreds of yards from the elevator. Oh, but there was a chess game set up halfway on our journey that your representative, dressed in casual clothes, Sebastiono (?) thought worthy of mention on our journey to our dim room. I mention the casual clothes because we weren’t sure we had a hotel representative accompanying us, or a thief. Very unsettling. Bad procedure.
Now, for the bar Tazio or Champagerie or whatever. Have the bar tenders had any training? Despite New York prices they didn’t know how to make a proper martini. Too sweet. Too warm. Recently stayed at the St. Regis in New York — your boy wouldn’t even be be allowed to hand out the nuts.
We wanted to set a wake up call. I tried about 20 times. Gave up.
When we complained about the room were told the hotel was sold out. Magically, thankfully, a very nice room suddenly became available on the 5th floor. But it was still a hassle. We had to repack.
This was our sixth trip to Rome — and I’d rate our hotel experience one of the worst.
