The location was perfect, on the periphery of the French Quarter but just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. The staff always pleasant and anticipates our needs. The hotel itself was modern and well maintained. It was all that we hoped for.

Most of the staff we encountered were outstanding with the small exception of some preoccupied bartenders in the lobby bar. They weren't super busy early on a Friday night but were more interested in each other than in their patrons. Not a deal killer, just a surprise as everyone else was top notch, anticipating our every need. Would definitely recommend this hotel if looking for something outside of the ordinary!

The staff are friendly and welcome you into their family for however long you stay is. A restaurant with great dining options, a fun bar, and treats in your room - they really take care of you here. Good values for your money and you cannot beat the location! Can't wait to come back!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cece from Not a Family Hotel I will never stay here again! I was treated with substandard service due to the rate of the room. My room had 5 items that needed repair and they were unwilling to switch our rooms. Special K (one of their employees) was the only good thing about my stay here.
