Rated 2 out of 5 by DerrickH from Better service The rooms were clean and nice. The check-in process was simple and correct. The front desk person only asked for my id which was great because I utilized the mobile check-in. Surprisingly the issue I had was with the cold and short demeanor of your operations manager. I wasn't feeling well on the evening of the 4th and came down to get something to eat at 9pm. As I approached the area she did not acknowledged me or say hello. I asked her was the bistro still open she said yes. That's it. I asked her could I order some wings she did say anything. She simply put in the order. I was coming down with the flu so I didn't have the energy to go back an forth with her but it was not good. She was rude and cold. I did not catch her name but i did see her title. That is what surprised me the most. Operations Manager.

The staff was very helpful and helped made our stay special for our anniversary. I will definitely be staying here again and can’t wait to see what’s in store for this hotel!
