We Got locked out of our bathroom due to loose latch at 5am in the morning, we had called the front desk and recieved no help, no sympathy, no accommodation, no alternative solution to get the bathroom door resolved. I called the front desk the gentleman told me it will take 3 hours for maintenance to arrive. What were we supposed to do to shower, Use the bathroom, n get our belongings for my family and I? We had to go down the elevator to the first floor and use the bathroom...Poor customer service, showed no sympathy, no apology from the employee on behalf of the hotel, did not accommodate my family and I . Will not return to the hotel..

Rated 4 out of 5 by Suze from no hot tub Very nice rooms, clean and friendly, good breakfast, but the pool is too small for the amount of rooms and no hot tub. The work out space was nice.

Most importantly, I found the Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff to be welcoming, warm, and very helpful. By the way, the area is very safe and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Super!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Satisfiedcustomer from Very comfortable room layout Great hotel near lots of restaurants and general shopping. Nice interior decor and staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best with lots of healthier choices in foods.
