Rated 5 out of 5 by SusieL from ABOVE AND BEYOND Residence Inns seem to be like staying with family. You get a mixer to meet others if you wish and you get a big breakfast that is HOT. I tend to search for the Residence Inns for I find I luck out with the staff. My compliments will always go to the staff that try to get you in early if need be and who always ask where you would like your room instead of just giving you one. The other bonus is you get points for actually staying with them which when collected is a bonus free night. :) All around a delight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AlysonMatias from More than expected The hotel was great! The room was perfect. All of our needs were met. Everything we needed was provided. My husband even said the room would be a perfect first apartment for a student or single person. I just wish they had an indoor pool. We even loved the complimentary breakfast, no runny eggs! We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in PA. I even plan on looking for Residence Inns in other states we visit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by AllentownReview from Multiple stays The overall stay at this hotel is average. It is a good blend of value and size/space given the limited options that exist in the Lehigh Valley. There are some nice amenities but attention to detail is a bit lacking at this hotel. However, this is the norm for the Lehigh Valley so you will be hard pressed to find a better option in the area. One particular note worth pointing out is that the kitchen and breakfast staff are just simply wonderful. Friendly, warm, and antipate your needs. They really go above and beyond and put a nice touch on the beginning of the morning. They deserve recognition for a job very well done. The rest of the staff at the hotel should follow their lead as they get hospitality better than anyone else that I have dealt with there. Overall, you won't be disappointed with your stay but it is also not a resort. Given the options, it is probably the one of the best in the area.
