Indya by Vineet is a striking, modern-day Indian dining experience. This restaurant is the latest to be launched by Chef Vineet Bhatia, who in 33 years has opened 25 restaurants across three continents. Arguably one of his most exciting concepts yet, Chef Vineet takes you on a journey and tells a story with each dish on his experimental menu. New ingredients meet classical cooking styles at this joining of East and West, and an impressive, buildable menu with delectable Indian dishes starts at AED 40. Inspired by a young and vibrant India, Indya offers finger-licking, family-style plates designed for sharing. This restaurant in JBR employs colloquial cooking techniques with a menu that is arranged by the sources of each ingredient. Tap into the elements of the earth, land and sea, straight from the Halwai. Our Jumeirah Beach restaurant makes the typical format for starters, mains and desserts redundant.

The eclectic menu, comprising more than 70 unique dishes, is served a la minute, in true Indian fashion. Indya's DNA is fine dining undone, to be prepared and enjoyed for foodies and culinary newbies alike. Quinoa-crusted fish cakes, lamb tikki cheese melts and other personal plates are just a hint of what's to come on this invigorating restaurant menu.

Chef Vineet explained, "Indya is an opportunity to have fun with Indian food, to challenge perceptions and introduce new ingredients to age-old dishes. I guess you could liken it to an expression of my roots and respectfully breathing new life into the food I grew up with."

The colour-splashed dining area of our Jumeirah Beach restaurant is balanced by rattan chairs and stone-bricked walls, as well as The Omnipresent Ganesha, the deity icon from Vineet's birth town of Mumbai. Appreciate focal design accents and vibrant Indian reiterations as you indulge.

Bhatia's nod to new and young India translates to a truly interesting gastronomic experience, with Indya by Vineet serving diverse regional food in an unpretentious, inspiring environment. Cater up to 90 diners at any one time. Our Indian restaurant is the latest addition to Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, and Chef Vineet's second F&B outlet in Dubai after Indego by Vineet.

The decorated chef, who counts restaurant residencies in London, Geneva, Bahrain, Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Mumbai, is no stranger to Dubai, receiving multiple accolades for his first UAE venture Indego by Vineet at Dubai's Grosvenor House Hotel.
