Several producers are encouraged to use supplies from Peru to create new sensations and flavors. We invite you to discover how the best craft beer in the region is prepared. An experience that will allow you to participate actively in the picking of the best products of our garden in order to prepare them together with our chef in a wood stove on the banks of the imposing Vilcanota river. Five Fires

An experience that brings together the best flavors of the Andes in five different types of cooking: Caja china, cylinder, grill, clay oven and pachamanca style. In addition, five different types of meat and the best seasonal ingredients from our organic garden will be used for each preparation. The experience includes a select variety of artisan breads, herbal infusions from our garden and a bottle of water or a soda.
