Our meeting rooms and large pre-function space feature modern décor and abundant natural light
Located on the 2nd floor, all 4 meeting studios identical in size offer natural light and Tokyo’s stunning skyline. Studios can be connected by sliding partitions and converted into a 277sqm (387sqm including the foyer) ballroom with a capacity of up to 250 guests, suited for large-scale conferences and exhibitions. The size of the meeting space can be arranged flexibly. Meeting studios can be complemented by conference facilities provided by Tokyo World Gate, the complex in which The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon is situated, upon request.
The walls of each meeting studio are finished with white stained oak in Yamato-bari style and the floor is carpeted in soft grey. Floor-to-ceiling full-height glazing offers an abundance of natural light and stunning city views. Oversized windows are fitted with motorised blackout veils and soft sheer layered drapes, and each meeting studio is equipped with state-of-the-art roll screens and ceiling-mounted drop-down projectors. The pre-function area is finished in light stained oak, dark walnut and Japanese washi paper, highlighting serenity in the space. A dark walnut service bar counter can be concealed by sliding walnut doors.
