Aguascalientes Hotel

Aguascalientes is located in Central Mexico. Home to a beautiful historic center, one of the top Aguascalientes attractions is exploring the city's architecture. Start out at the main Plaza de la Patria square, where you can tour the stunning Nuestra Señora de la Asunción cathedral. From here, stroll along the surrounding streets and be sure not to miss the Government Palace, Palace Gardens, and many smaller churches in the area. There are plenty of other things to do in Aguascalientes historic center. For example, check out one of the many museums, such as Museo José Guadalupe Posada, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Regional Art Museum, or Museo Nacional de la Muerte, the national museum of death. In and around the city, there are also plenty of things to do in Aguascalientes that are outdoors. Spend the afternoon in one of the lovely gardens and parks, including the San Marcos, Guadalupe, El Encino, or Zaragoza gardens. Alternatively, go hiking in the surrounding countryside. Some great options for this include the Pinal Mountains, Guajolote, Laurel and Sierra Fria. In the evening, taste some of Mexico's world-renowned cuisine and catch a show at Morelos Theatre.
