Citrique Features Four Different Dining Zones
A Cold Zone offers an abundance of fresh local seafood, sushi and sashimi, salads, deli style cured meats, antipasto and cheeses.
A Hot Zone offering an sensational selection of European and Asian dishes served from live cooking stations where you can order custom made dishes and interact with the chefs at the gourmet pizza oven, yum cha and other stations.
The Grill Zone offers a selection of Indonesian style satay and succulent roast meats with all the trimmings.
The Decadence Zone is where you will discover an array of edible art featuring handcrafted desserts and pastries prepared on location in the pastry kitchen, and homemade ice cream with condiments bar.
